Since 1993, JeKo delivers precise, creative and integrated communication concepts for a wide variety of industries and tasks in the corporate environment. Our service starts with the evaluation, continues with the development of strategies and measures and extends to reporting and monitoring of success after the implementation of the measures agreed with the customer. The creation of content plays a key role in this process. Both classical and digital communication channels are used and with our many years of experience with companies from the ICT sector, we guarantee to develop messages for technology-driven products and innovations in a target group-specific manner.

Conceptual design / consultancy

From straightforward communication in a project context to the development of a comprehensive strategic communication concept for an entire business, we offer our clients support and advice on how to reach and communicate more efficiently with their stakeholders. Together, we then implement agreed measures within the respective budget.

Media relations

Our clients benefit from our many years of experience, our excellent contacts with journalists and our solid reputation. We offer everything required for a successful PR campaign: running a media office, using the very latest media databases, drafting PR material and establishing the infrastructure for its distribution, expertly organising media events on any scale, providing guidance, monitoring services and producing evaluations.

Product PR

We use product PR to support our clients’ marketing activities. Depending on the product, we arrange tests or reviews, organise product placement and competitions or raffles, and accompany product managers on editorial visits.

Issue Management

We monitor the channels of communication – be they print, electronic or social media, forums or blogs – that feature our clients or their competitors. We spot emerging issues early on. At the same time we help companies with their proactive and reactive crisis communication.

Text-related and editorial work

We craft tailor-made texts, ranging from press releases to technical articles or online news, blogs or company brochures and annual reports. If needed, we involve specialised copywriters or experts.

Organisation

We develop concepts for and organise events of all kinds, including press conferences, roundtables, interviews, press breakfasts or lunches and networking events. For larger-scale events, marketing or sponsoring activities we bring in suitable specialised partners.

Evaluation

We use appropriate instruments to measure the success of PR activities. Our evaluations determine whether messages have been conveyed as intended, whether the image of the customer was positively affected, and whether the right channels of communication were selected. In addition, we analyse the coverage of our clients, monitor social media and, if needed, conduct surveys to find out whether or not the messages in question had the desired impact on the respective target groups.
