Sylvana Zimmermann worked as an editor, content, marketing, and communications manager at various companies, including Winterthur Versicherung, Ticketcorner AG, and Novell (Switzerland) AG. In addition to further professional courses, she completed a specialized press course at the Media Training Center MAZ and obtained the PR specialist training at SPRI. Since August 2005, she has been part of the team at Jenni Kommunikation AG.

Marianne Bircher worked in the hotel industry for several years before making a career change to the financial sector. She initially worked for four years as a team assistant in an independent asset management company. After her maternity leave, she worked for an asset manager in the areas of office management, human resources and marketing. She has been supporting the team at Jenni Kommunikation AG as a project manager since September 2024.
